Professional Cars Photographer Los Angeles

What types of cars photoshoots do I offer?

There are many types of car photoshoots I can offer, each designed to highlight the unique character of your vehicle. The right choice depends on your goals — whether you're looking to showcase your car for sale, build a portfolio, or simply capture stunning images of a beloved vehicle. Here are some popular options:

  1. Editorial Car Photoshoot
Perfect for car owners who want magazine-style, cinematic images. This type of shoot focuses on lighting, mood, and storytelling — ideal for showcasing classic, exotic, or luxury vehicles.

  2. Urban Street Shoot
Highlight your car’s personality against an urban backdrop — from graffiti walls and industrial zones to city streets and nighttime neon lights. A great choice for modern or modified vehicles.

  3. Scenic Location Shoot
Capture your car in beautiful natural surroundings like coastal roads, mountain passes, or desert landscapes. This style emphasizes the contrast between your vehicle and the open environment.

  4. Detail-Oriented Shoot
A session focused on the finer elements — wheels, headlights, interior, badges, and textures. Ideal for collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate the craftsmanship and design of their car.

How to choose the location for cars photoshoot?

Choosing the right location is essential for a successful car photoshoot. It sets the tone, style, and mood of the final images. Here are a few popular location types to consider:

  1. Nature
If you want a scenic and dramatic backdrop, consider shooting in nature — mountain roads, coastal highways, forests, or desert landscapes. These environments highlight your car’s lines and create a strong visual impact.

  2. Urban
For a bold, modern feel, a city backdrop works great — parking garages, industrial zones, downtown streets, or graffiti-covered walls. Perfect for sports cars, modified builds, or urban-style vehicles.

  3. Private Property or Garage
If you prefer a more controlled setting or want to showcase multiple vehicles, a private driveway, garage, or showroom offers intimacy and flexibility. This also allows for detailed interior or lighting setups.

During the shoot, we can switch between a few locations and angles to create a dynamic variety of images that show off your car in different contexts.

Location and styling choices help define the final look of your shoot. Before we begin, I’ll work with you to understand your goals and offer recommendations based on your car, your style, and my professional experience.

Tips to make your cars photoshoot a success

How to Prepare for a Car Photoshoot

  1. Choose the right photographer
Look for a photographer who specializes in car photography and whose style aligns with how you want your vehicle to be portrayed — whether it's clean, dramatic, editorial, or lifestyle-focused.

  2. Get your car ready
Make sure your vehicle is freshly washed and detailed, inside and out. Clean tires, polished paint, and spotless windows make a huge difference in photos.

  3. Be yourself — and let your car shine
Whether you're present in the frame or not, your car should reflect your personality. Don’t overdo the setup — sometimes, simple and clean works best.

  4. Communicate with your photographer
Let the photographer know what kind of shots you’re looking for — full-body, details, rolling shots, or something creative. If you have specific angles or a vision in mind, share it ahead of time.

What’s Included?

A car photoshoot typically lasts 1–2 hours and includes help with location selection, posing ideas (for both car and driver, if needed), and all necessary preparation support.

During a 1-hour shoot, we can explore 1–2 nearby locations, offering a variety of backgrounds and lighting conditions to make your car stand out.

Within 7–10 business days, you’ll receive at least 70 high-resolution images, all professionally color-corrected and retouched in color or black & white.
The final photos will be delivered via a digital gallery, where you can also order prints, posters, or albums.

  • Price: $199 for 1 hour

  • Each additional hour: +$150

  • Travel fee: Free for up to 20 miles. Additional charges may apply beyond that.

A professional car photoshoot is the perfect way to capture your passion and show off your vehicle in its best light. Whether it’s for your personal collection, social media, or a sale listing — let’s make your car look legendary.
